The problem with this is that it is a completely different paint colour which I no longer have the paint code for. I didn't have any paint left in this particular colour once I completed painting as the majority of the condo is painted in this colour and my two corner walls (one that was repaired) are the colour of the paint I supplied. We now have yet another dilemma. I would like to know what is going to be done with another problem that now exists. I am overly frustrated and exhausted of dealing with this matter that has now been existing for more than three weeks. I believe I am entitled to some sort of compensation as not only have my living environment been disturbed for close to a month, but I have also had to correspond via e-mail many times. It has now been over three weeks and now a new problem exists. I would like to know what is going to happen with my hardwood floors as well as I have mentioned numerous times they were scratched. This has been a very disappointing month as not only was I required to move all my furniture to have my hardwood floors replaced due to a leak (which are now scratched yet again) but also I have had a hole in my wall for an unsatisfactory period of time and now no paint code for the adjoining wall that was also touched. Should I not be compensated for these errors that were not my doing, I will contact Tarion to see what I can be offered to have this matter dealt with. I have been very patient and there were many other problems I have encountered since I have moved into my unit. I did not report to Amacon that when I first moved in I had an infestation of fruit flies and to my surprise they were caused by 4 empty beer can behind my stove which I found when I did my first big clean back in August. I have been very lenient but I chose not to live in a condo I payed a lot of money for with these circumstances. I would like to know how I am going to be compensated. As soon as I hear back from him I will call you or send you an email. I did not, however, keep the receipt for the paint as it is the original can of paint (from September) I purchased to paint the walls. I had half of a can left which I found in my storage unit. I paid $30.00 for the can of paint. I feel that I should be compensated not only for the inconvenience of having a big hole un my wall for nearly 3 weeks but also for the mess that was left behind and the new scratches that appear on my newly replaced hardwood floor. Please let me know what can be done for this inconvenience. However could you please scan me a copy of the receipt. Regarding the replacement drywall, we are in process of scheduling the tradesmen to come in Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. I am waiting for the drywall to be replaced and re-painted. I have supplied the paint to allow for the completion of this job. I would like to be compensated, not only for this inconvenience but also for the supplied paint. I am still waiting for a response in regards to my scratched hardwood floor which recently just got replaced due to water damage. I have many visible scratches that were not present prior to my furnace being fixed. I came home to not only the scratches but shoes prints everywhere. It was to my understanding that shoes were to be removed or shoe covers were to be worn. I expect to be compensated as it has now been over 2 weeks of living in an unsettling environment. Should this matter not be addressed appropriately, I will contact Tarion and advise them of all the above mentioned issues. I don't intend to sound so forward, however, it is uncomfortable to live in these conditions. These condos were not cheap to purchase but the work performed relevantly was. Please address these concerns immediately. Thank you. Nadia Palmieri Elle - Suite 502
