Hi Teresa.

The paint on our house door is peeling and coming off very easily.  It appears that he didn't prime, or used the wrong paint, or didn't prepare the surface or.... I'm no expert, I just know that its not right lol.

The good news is that when he comes back to strip down the door it'll come off very easily!

Could you let me know when he's available to re-do the door?

Yes the painter finished yesterday, thank you.

Here's the story about the mirror doors:

One mirror cracked and they came to replace the door.  That's when they realized the mirror cracked because the adjusters were set too high and the door kept falling off the track because of it.  That's when they realized that the doors were too short for the opening and that's why the adjusters were set so high.  They promised new doors but I've heard nothing from them since Feb.

Did the painter finish the trim and garaged door yesterday? In regards to the closet door, Keystone notified me that the closet doors were completed on Feb. 25/10. Have they replace the doors with ones that do no fit or did they not replace them altogether?

Thanks Teresa.  I would have to check my house notes but the most important outstanding issue I know of is the foyer closet mirror doors.  They are too short, and the contractor/supplier who put them in were aware and working on getting us replacements but that was back in the early part of this year.

I haven't heard back on them.
