Hello Sharif,

The wind was unbelievably strong on Sat.Feb.19/11. However there is no warranty on roof shingles regarding this. The shingles on your roof have been installed with accordance to the Ontario Building Code .As per Tarion and the Construction Performance Guidelines there is a one year work and materials warranty; acts of god are not covered; nor damage due to severe weather and wind gusts that may exceed the design limits of the shingles.

Please read the attachment I have included CPG 5.8.
