I will send a work order to Innisfil Air today to relocate the pipe and I will ask them to take a look at the exhaust for the hood fan.

Again, yes, it works (do I have an alternative?) but I need your service earlier.
Besides the Range Hood problem (who will clean exhaust fume grease in the cupboard which will accumulate prior to Dec.1?) I will need to change a ventilation system filter before Dec.1/09, but I cannot do this because of plastic pipe which blocks the filter (read my notes in 30-days warranty form). I do not believe that you have only one person who will do all services and this person is so busy that he is able to come in my home only on Dec.1. You can send ventilation expert earlier.
