29th and knocked on the door. Someone was home and let him in and

Sorry I'm away at work on the railway. I don't get
service most of the time. I know I'm probably late but feel free to go over
whenever you wish to do work. Tyler may be there but he doesn't seem to want
to pick up his phone. Sorry about that. Ive told him to try and get back to you
as fast as possible so I hope he has. Anyway I'm giving you permission to
whoever wants to work on the house and do there job feel free. Just knock and

Bathroom- Doors- hinge/trim broken**area has been mudded on Nov.
27/12 and just needs to be painted
We
have the copy of the house key you have left us and he could use this to let
himself in with your permission and complete this repair
today.
