Hope all is well with you. There has been a performance audit done at the Cheltenham Condos. The audit report states “Anomalous substance was noted on Gypsum wallboard. Bulk testing is recommended” Could you please confirm if it was completed or if it is still outstanding. If it is outstanding we need to schedule a date as soon as possible, to do the repairs. Please let me know what day of the week would be more convenient for you.
