living room, stairs, fix the dent in front door, and he will also repair the
ceiling in master bedroom.

Monday aug 23 is fine. With regards to the repairs we
aren't really interested in the closet by the kitchen as I don't want the house
in shambles but rather having them fix the front doors, the squeaking floors and
our main concern is the water damage in our master bedroom ceiling. I can't
remember what else so please confirm for me what all is being done that day and
what time I can expect the workers.

that our service tech will need one full day to do the repairs and I was

I am not sure if they have completed th repairs or not
as no one knocked on our door or contacted us. Our neighbours said they saw
someone on our roof so I'm not sure what that means? This work is also covered
under our warraty correct as it is ruled out to be not from the
snow?
What time on the 28th would you be scheduling the
remainder of our repairs? As of right now that date looks good please let me
know of the times
available.
