Yes,...actually
probably was leaking last year, but we just removed the insulation so my Husband
could re-enforce the wood beams as we are starting to finish our
basement, and saw the large cracks......we noticed in July and he went on
the outside of our home putting a hose to the crack and water came
through both cracks. Both cracks are "adjacent" to each other on each side of
the foundation. My Husband's days off are Wed & Thurs if someone could
take a look......

Good Morning: Last week I sent
over our two year review on our home. As we were starting to do our basement, we
noticed two large cracks in the basement wall. Water has been seeping into
our basement and a copy went to Tarion.....can you please confirm that you
received our form and a scheduled date in which someone will be coming by to
