I have rescheduled the
tile repair for Monday July 30th in the morning they will arrive
before 10:30 am.
Unfortunately my service man was
not in your home the entire day and base windows came in the latter part of the
afternoon to do the repair. Since no on was there the window could not get
repaired. We had assumed you would be home for the
repairs.
I will see if base windows can
come on July 24th if not they can contact you and make arrangements
for the repairs.
Sincerely,
Ramona

4-133 Sydenham wells
As per the conversation with your service guy and
yourself on the 5th of July, 2012 you stated that you would have your
service guy scheduled for the morning and the tile company scheduled for the
afternoon because I only have one bathing option in my unit. As for
the window the original email was sent to you on June 10th this is over a month
and a half that I have been hearing this same stuff. I have had to take
time off work for them not to show up then they came on a Saturday to only tell
me that you sent the wrong company. Also explained to me on the 5th of
July was that the window company would be re-scheduled for the 24th of July
so that way everything could get done in one day while your service guy was
present so that way I didn't have to take another day off work. I moved
into this unit on June 30th, 2011 and you were still fixing stuff on July 5th,
2012 that was from my original walk through. The only explanation that I
ever get when I ask about why it takes so long is because you only have ONE
service guy for all of Pratt Homes.
I will be out of town from mid day today until
Sunday. As for service entrance into my unit I was explained (never signed
anything) that I would be notified if ANYBODY would be entering my unit. I
was informed about yesterday as EVERYTHING was going to get done in one day
while your service guy was present I was not informed that an outside
company would be entering on the 25th.

Hi
Ryan;
This is a 2 day job as mudding and
area around tub has to dry overnight. North York Tile is scheduled for
this morning to put back all the tiles that were removed. I can try to see
if they can reschedule to Monday but I will have to wait to see what they
say.
I don’t know what happened to the
company Base windows they were set up to come to your home yesterday, were you
home yesterday?
I will call them to see when they
can return.

To whom it may
concern,
After having to go to a hotel to shower (after calling
Bayshore because Pratts service department is closed at 4:59PM) as my bathroom
has been left un-usable and my window that was also suppose to be fixed today
was not done yet again after more than a month. I would like to instruct that I
do not want anyone entering my unit without me being notified and authorizing.
I will be out of town from Wednesday until Sunday so I would hope that
this mess can be fixed on Monday so I do not have to return to a hotel or other
location to shower. I have attached one of the several photos that can
give you an idea what I came home to at 5:15PM today with no notice that the job
would not be completed.
Shall await a reply but this email is to notify
that I do not want anyone entering into my unit without authorization before
hand and I will be away until Monday so that will be the first day anyone
will be possible to go back in.
