I
have spoken with Base Windows and they will return on Monday July
30th and replace the broken window.
Typically
this is not covered by warranty either by the window company or Tarion. Broken
window glass caused by a rock is not a fault of the window or window
installation. Normally this repair should be placed through your home insurance
provider but as a courtesy to you Pratt Hansen will cover the
cost of the repair.
So
both North York Tile and Base Windows will be at your home on Monday July
30th to complete repairs that are required. Please confirm that you
will be home or have someone available to let these trades
in.
