Hello,

This in regards to status of countertop for the above address.  Ron Hefford and myself are the owners and have been in contact with the pratt service department since our closing date, September 23 2010.  Having had several conversations with first Theresa, then Debbie and now Ramona, we are looking forward to having a new countertop installed in the powder room as indicated on the pre-delivery home inspection.  

Each time myself or Ron calls to speak to pratt service department we are told that it will take 8 weeks to have countertop installed and that contractors are busy doing "other things".  This is not acceptable as the sink has not been caulked and countertop remains to be fixed.

Please provide a timeline as to when the countertop will be installed.
