Good morning Ramona,
 
The dap was for the baseboard which was installed after the hardwood and after the rest of the trim in the home had been painted as trim and doors as well as ceiling were painted and not part of the paint credit as was my understanding.
 
Am not clear as to what Royal Oak Stairs is coming to repair.
 
Regarding the painting of the front door damaged by the faulty door knob which has been nothing but a large expense and inconvenience for myself.  As per the information from the locksmith and also I had indicated to you the door jamb is badly damaged based on the attempts by the site supervisor to open the door and needs to be replaced on the lock side. 
 
Additionally, I was taken aback by the comment by the lady at the Pratt office who said I should have called a locksmith at 11 pm pay for the bill and submit for payment.  Who would I have called there are no numbers in the messages on any Pratt Number I had which would indicate who should have been called for this type of emergency.
 
I have reviewed my calendar and would note 9-12 on Friday May 25. 
 
Please confirm if that works.

 I listened to your voice messages regarding rescheduling the trades. Gary our Pratt Service man has some repairs and we are now booking mid- May openings start May 17th. We need a morning or afternoon time slot. 9 to 12 or 1-4pm. He will not be doing this issue” Touch ups required through out as indicated DAPP all trim “    this is normally done by the painter but as you had a paint credit this was not done.
J.P.Decorating,  the painter for the stairs & front door; will call & reschedule with you unless you would like me to co-ordinate him to come the same day that Gary comes. I can try to have Royal Oak Stairs come the same day. I will do this for you as soon as I know which day in May would be the most convenient.
