Hi Khan, I completed the deal and
have deposited the money, and mailed off your lock box, cheques, copy of the
lease and receipt.
All went very well…they will be
great tenants!
One thing, the small window in the
basement is not attached in the frame, when they went to open it, the whole
window fell out!!
I told them to leave it and I will
let you know, perhaps the builders forgot to attach this.
