Good Morning Susan

Again congratulations on your engagement,how exciting for you

Susan I have a real concern,as you know we went to the condo yesterday

It hasn't been touched since the first time we saw it'

There's alot of stuff from the building all over everything

When I looked at the counter tops my thoughts went to the walls and heat vents

I am asking when the clean up is done would you ask that the walls be vacuumed and the heat ducks be cleaned deeply with a commercial machine(like we have had done here once a year from Sears

The reason for us is Ben is very allergic ( he has asthma) to dust and my big concern if this isn't done the 1st time the furnace comes on that deep dust will come up over everything.Just little vac won't do it.

Honestly Susan I don't think I could face all that work again.

We have done that for who ever will buy this house and I hope the same will be done for us.

Also the toilet paper holder hasn't been taken out yet They don't have to put one in we will do that ourselves along with the towel racks

Susan we would like this put in the contract please .I have learned from experience that what is not on paper doesn't always get done as the workers don't know if it is not written down
