I'm not really happy with my dealings with the service department, particularly with the driveway and front yard. I have been asking to have the driveway filled and he font yard levelled/smoothed to make moving in easier over the next few days. Your service department does not display the same sense of cooperation that I experienced with the rest of the team. I was told that my driveway will be fixed when the contractor has time over the next five days and not when I move in. No mention of even trying to push the schedule. And absolutely no commitment to level the front yard to get rid of all the pools of water and use the area for moving. All I hear is that will be spring. It appears our neighbours warning of slow after sales service has some merit. It certainly seems Pratt pre and post sale activity work with different standards. Anything you can do to have the front of the house put in respectable condition for the holidays would be appreciated. Regards, Jan
