Karen;
I apologized for not
replying any sooner to your email. I needed littlie background information
before I could respond to your request.
The furnaces are not run during
construction and the heat vents are not located on the floor, by doing this
construction debris does not fall into the vents. We do not provide duct
cleaning, if there seems to be more dust than usual, there are several
local companies you can call and arrange to have your ducts
cleaned.
This is not a warrantable service
issue so I would not be taking any action in regards to
this.

Romona
We are having
a serious issue with dust and drywall debris from our air vents and
duct work. Is this something I would speak to you about or is it a building
maintenance issue at this time. I would like my duct work in my unit cleaned as
soon as possible as it is causing health issues for us. Every morning, I have to
clean a thick coat of it off all my furniture and on the wood floors. I
know that it isn't from the ongoing construction outside since our windows have
not been open. I should tell you that it has been like this since we moved in
but I thought it would be a temporary thing and so I didn't mention
it before but that doesn't seem to be the case. Your
prompt attention to this matter would be appreciated.
