Good Afternoon Ramona;
Did you get my first email about the closet shelving supports?
When I was at your service department last week to pick up the Tarion paperwork, we discussed the tradesman coming by to do the caulking in the main bathroom. You said the tradesman would be here last Friday in the afternoon & I said that would work as I would be at RVH from 7:30 am until around 2 for chemotherapy (an appointment I could not miss).  Then when I get back from the hospital I have a voice message from you stating that he would be here at 8:30 am. I did call you back & you said his truck broke down & he would not be coming. You rescheduled for next Friday. Trying to be co-operative & sympathetic as to his truck breaking down, I agreed. But reconsidering, & seeing that I had already informed you that Friday morning would not work because of my chemo treatment, I need him here sometime today as the shower has to be water proofed before my father arrives tomorrow.
