I have sent a work order to Cartier Kitchens and ave requested a timeline for the replacement. I will keep you informed.

Hi Ramona,

Here is the picture of the chip in my counter top that has been filled with putty. Some of it has already come out. Expect that the counter will be replaced on July 6th.

Hi Ramona,   Everything on your list of completed items has been fixed from what I can tell, except for the following (see comments for each in red)... KITCHEN - COUNTERTOPS - COUNTERTOP NOT SECURED TO END PANEL (can lift the end of the couter off of the end panel; should need a bracket of some sort) Kitchen - Cabinets - Kitchen & Bathroom- the shelf in the cupboard above the microwave is cracked (still cracked) Kitchen- Cabinets - Kitchen & Bathroom- adjust all cabinets and drawers (can still see the white at the top of come of the cupboards and some of the drawers aren't fluch with the others) Kitchen- Cabinets - Kitchen & Bathroom- counter top is chipped to the left of the stove (the counter is chipped next to the top of the stove, so I won't be able to capture a picture from 5 ft. away, but will send you a pic of it with the tape measure, however, it shouldn't matter the size since it was chipped before I moved in and should have been replaced, not touched up, before I took possession)  I look forward to having the items listed above fixed soon, as well as the other outstanding items listed below on July 6th.  I will send a picture of chip that has been filled in with puty tonight or tomorrow when I get home.  Thanks,Michelle.
