Hi Lauren,

 

Thanks for your speedy reply. No problem; choose a date in July that works best for you and I will schedule your condo in. Choose morning or afternoon. Unfortunately the trades work Mon. thru Fri. only, as does our service dept. However, TruFix Windows will often accommodate our homeowners with a Sat. service call, just request this when they phone you.

 

The arc faults in the bedrooms do trip because the vac. Motor’s  amps are too high now and the arc fault in the outlet sense this as the plug is place before the outlet and then inserted, they trip right away as a safety feature. The hallway outlets will accommodate the vacuums.

Thank-you for your email. Unfortunately June is a difficult month for me, unless the fixes can be done on weekends. Is that a possibility?

Also, your detailed listing didn't mention the electrical outlets- I am unable to plug my vacuum into the bedrooms without having the breaker go.
