Two things are important:

 

1. The window in the corner BR does not close at all unless you use extreme force. It has already been fixed once by Trufit.

This is unacceptable. The windows purchased are faulty otherwise why won't they operate properly? After all, they are supposed to be brand new, n'est-ce pas? This needs immediate attention.

 

2. My master bath which was damaged over 2 months ago (because the water was left on in the unoccupied unit above me by the contract help) still needs to be painted. The toilet paper holder needs to be re-installed. Wendy had promised me this would be a "timely" fix and would garner rather immediate attention. I do believe she has too much on her plate, because "timely" does not apply here. This also should be a priority since it was the workmen who caused this debacle.
