Good Afternoon Phil;

That is okay as Rita called me on Friday and asked if we do the door repair when Gary is scheduled on July 12/12. This will not be a problem.

Good Afternoon Phil;

 When Wendy sent me your email I assumed that it was your suite entry door by the description of the problem. Just wanted to be sure as she had thought it was the overhead door for the garage.

Gary & Steve are at the 39 Building on Fri. July 6th & I was wondering if they could fix the door for you. It would be mid day between 11am & before 3pm.

Hi Wendy,

I am referring to the front door of our condo (302), not the Garage overhead door. Sorry for any confusion.

Phil

Hi Ramona,

Mr. Saunders is talking about the Garage Overhead Door in his e-mail below. Please contact the overhead door company and book a repair asap.

Thanks,

Wendy

Hi Wendy,

I hope you had a very relaxing and enjoyable long week end.

A very strange thing happened on Saturday. We discovered what appeared to be a large puddle of water at the base of our front door along with a machined screw with an O ring on it. I put my finger in the liquid and very quickly realized that it was oil, not water.

It appears that one of the set screws came away from the housing of the door closer, and sprayed oil on the wall and it ran down to the floor creating the puddle.

Please have someone come to check out the door closer, because obviously the reservoir in the door closer will need to be filled up as well as adjusted.

Thanks

Phil
