I just wanted to follow-up with you
as I sent an email on Thursday night and didn't hear back from you on Friday.
See below. Any news on the backsplash?
I also wanted to let you know that
the countertop looks good. It looks like it's free of chips and I've took some
measurements and seems to match the other
counter.
I did have a question for you that
kind of came up this morning. Who do I contact if something is happening in my
condo, but is being cause from someone elses? Reason I ask is because I think
when the bathroom fan from the unit above me is turned on, I have this loud
annoying hum in my bedroom that lasts the whole duration of the fan being on. It
actually woke me up this morning. I've noticed this now a few times when I'm
home. Who would take care of this?

Ramona,
I just wanted to check with you to
see who was in my condo today (Thursday), as I never provided consent? I noticed
that some items on my counter were moved. Going forward I would appreciate it if
I am notified before hand via email or phone if the trades are entering my
place.
Just as an FYI, the countertop was
delivered on Wednesday, and I have been told that it will be installed tomorrow
(Friday afternoon). I will not be home, so someone will have to let them in,
which was agreed to earlier. I will also be expecting the
plumber.
Can you tell me when the backsplash
will be fixed?
