Hi Ramona, 

I have a few other things which should be simple fixes.

I still require my screen for my sliding door as well as my window crank for my bedroom window. 

The weather is starting to get warm and the bugs are starting to come out so I would appreciate if I can have the screen and window issue resolved sooner rather than later.

If you could please let me know how to resolve the situation.

Maria has sent me your email with concerns over the Tarion issues. We will be booking repair dates for the month of June as our service man has just come back to work after a lengthy sick leave. I will go over your Tarion List later this afternoon & delegate any workorders  that may pertain to other trades. These trades will call & schedule a repair date with you as soon as possible. As for the Hvac system I will contact Yanch late this afternoon to get them to do the appropriate repairs needed. We will have it running smoothly before the warm weather comes.
