I have this Friday October 12th available - between 9 - 12 - Cartier kitchens has already book an appointment with me for that date.  Because I have a tenant living in the unit, I do not want to have inconvenience him more then I already have - so having trades come in on the same date would be appreciated.
 
As far as the list - I will go through it this evening and will email you back to you.

 I hope you had a nice Thanksgiving Weekend.
 
I didn’t see a reply to my email and I just want to make sure I have not missed it. HTR Dura Deck has called me again wondering when he may have access to your balcony this week to do the required repairs on your balcony. If you could email me some possible dates and 3 hour segments I can  pass this information to the trade. He is scheduling another homeowner in the area and would like to make the arrangements for the same day. He is waiting on this information.
 
Just a quick note; I have asked  you to  list any  repairs that may have been missed from your original 30 Day Tarion Form. I haven’t received this yet so if you could please verify if there is anything that has been missed at your earliest convenience. As this is going to conciliation with Tarion we need access to your condo to complete any warrantable repairs. We appreciate your help in this matter.

As per the conversation we had on Thursday morning Oct. 4th  I need some dates that I can pass on the HTR Dura Deck so we can arrange a repair date. Please   provide the Pratt Service Dept. with three days you can be available for service so that we may pass this on to the trades. I will call back with the date that he can be in the area with a 3 hour time segment.
 
Please send an email listing of what has not been cleared up so that I may compare it with the completed work orders that I have received. We want to work with you to get this  repair cleared up quickly and I know that the trade will be at the Mannhattan site next week doing another small deck repair. I will be out of the office and on site today until 3pm.

Hi Ramona,
 
As per our discussion today - yes - I will meet your masons at my unit Thursday, October 4 between 8:00 am and 9:00 am for the brick repairs.
 
Also, as per HRT Dura Deck - an appointment was NOT booked with them - I received a phone call from Mike on Monday, October 1 at approximately 4:50 pm - he said that his guy was on his way back from Wasaga beach and was hoping that he could get in within the hour or so - I told him that unfortunately, I was not expecting him nor did I receive a call prior to let me know and that I could not be available at that time.  I asked him to let me know what other day would work for him but he could not give me a date in advance because he doesn't really know where and what what time he would be back until the day of and that he did not want to make a trip out for just one unit.
 
As per needing an evening appointment - that is incorrect - that is not what I said - I said that I could be available to accomodate Mike if that is what worked best for him.  Ramona, I am not looking for a special appointment outside of business hours and it seems that when I ask for a date and time, no one can give me one.
 
I have been nothing but co-operative with you and your trades - I have been there for all appointments as asked at all the times and dates that were given - the only thing I am asking is that I get more then 1 hour's notice.  As I can appreciate that you and your trades have a job to do, so do I and cannot just pickup and leave without more notice.
 
Please provide me with a date and time that the repairs can be done and I will be there to let the trades in.

 Thank you for calling me back.
 
 As per our phone conversation today; I would like to clear up any outstanding warrantable issues that are listed on your 30 day Tarion form. As discussed, I can arrange for the masons to do the repair Thurs Oct. 4th and they will arrive between 8am & 9am.
 
You mentioned HRT Dura Deck has called to schedule a repair but it you couldn’t be available. I have resent the workorder asking them to call you again. I understand you need an evening appointment but we can’t ask the trades to work outside the 8-4 or 9-5 Mon.to Fri. work schedule. It is the trade’s discretion if they can accommodate you with an alternate time after hours. Please   provide the Pratt Service Dept. with three days you can be available for service so that we may pass this on to the trades.
