As per our discussion today - yes - I will meet your masons at my unit Thursday, October 4 between 8:00 am and 9:00 am for the brick repairs.
 
Also, as per HRT Dura Deck - an appointment was NOT booked with them - I received a phone call from Mike on Monday, October 1 at approximately 4:50 pm - he said that his guy was on his way back from Wasaga beach and was hoping that he could get in within the hour or so - I told him that unfortunately, I was not expecting him nor did I receive a call prior to let me know and that I could not be available at that time.  I asked him to let me know what other day would work for him but he could not give me a date in advance because he doesn't really know where and what what time he would be back until the day of and that he did not want to make a trip out for just one unit.
 
As per needing an evening appointment - that is incorrect - that is not what I said - I said that I could be available to accomodate Mike if that is what worked best for him.  Ramona, I am not looking for a special appointment outside of business hours and it seems that when I ask for a date and time, no one can give me one.
 
I have been nothing but co-operative with you and your trades - I have been there for all appointments as asked at all the times and dates that were given - the only thing I am asking is that I get more then 1 hour's notice.  As I can appreciate that you and your trades have a job to do, so do I and cannot just pickup and leave without more notice.
 
Please provide me with a date and time that the repairs can be done and I will be there to let the trades in.

Good Afternoon Teresa;
 
 Thank you for calling me back.
 
 As per our phone conversation today; I would like to clear up any outstanding warrantable issues that are listed on your 30 day Tarion form. As discussed, I can arrange for the masons to do the repair Thurs Oct. 4th and they will arrive between 8am & 9am.
 
You mentioned HRT Dura Deck has called to schedule a repair but it you couldn’t be available. I have resent the workorder asking them to call you again. I understand you need an evening appointment but we can’t ask the trades to work outside the 8-4 or 9-5 Mon.to Fri. work schedule. It is the trade’s discretion if they can accommodate you with an alternate time after hours. Please   provide the Pratt Service Dept. with three days you can be available for service so that we may pass this on to the trades.
 
Please send an email listing of what has not been cleared up so that I may compare it with the completed work orders that I have received.
