I would like to assure you that the entire & complete window with frame will be replaced. I have spoken with Marsella of TruFix Windows; discussed and confirmed this request with her. TruFix will not be using the glass from the existing window.
Wendy and the Pratt Hansen Service Department have made a commitment to you regarding the window replacement and we will follow through on this. Marsella will call you back to arrange an appointment for service after she consults with the TruFix installer regarding expected delivery date from the manufacturer.

Hi Wendy,
I spoke to
Marsala from Trufix Windows today regarding a service appoinment. I asked her if
she was setting up an appointment to "service" the window or "replace" the
window - she wasn't sure and had to check with her boss - she said that they
were going to replace the frame and use the existing glass. I told her to
contact your service department to confirm this. After speaking with Gary
he said they were going to order a new window that would be slightly smaller so
I am concerned that if they use the same glass will it actually fit. She
said she would call your service dept to confirm and then call me back to
arrange an appointment.
I wanted to know if you or Ramona have
heard from them and what actually will be happening.
