I am sorry I missed you yesterday when you came to the  Pratt Hansen Head office. I was off for the day. Our receptionist Patti has given me your Tarion Form and I have successfully faxed it to the Tarion Customer Centre this morning. The attachment is a confirmation Page.

 

I’ll send your Drywall Certificate into Newport Interiors for Year End Drywall repairs. Year End drywall refers to nail pops & shrinkage cracks  which are not warrantable as per Tarion but as a courtesy to our new homeowners; Pratt Homes has these taken care off.  They will be filled in but not sanded or painted. This is the responsibility of the homeowner. The trade  will not repair any areas that are “rough”; I will set up a scheduled date that Gary can go in and access if this is a warrantable issue. Please read the bottom of your Year End Drywall Certificate which states Tarion’s recommendations.

 

I will be into touch with you regarding the warrantable repairs and we will be booking Gary into the 3^rd week of February.
