 I have spoken with Jackie Edwards of Chubb-Edwards today regarding the scheduling of  the repair for the A-1 building at Manhattan (39 Ferndale Dr.) make up air unit.. She had arranged a repair date of Fri. May 25^th with Michael which he agreed to. The Chubb Edward tech arrived at 39 Ferndale; Michael was not there and could not be reached on his cell#. Jackie has spoken with Michael several times to get this repair scheduled. It was to be scheduled for Tues June 12/12 but then when called, Michael said he was not available he was out of town. Michael did call me yesterday afternoon and requested that I call Chubb and give them yours &  Joanna’s phone numbers for additional contacts to meet their techs. on site for this repair. I don’t understand why he wouldn’t have given Chubb this information sooner .  He did not tell me that a repair date was scheduled . I feel he should have made that arrangement directly with you or Joanna in this case as it is imperative that the makeup air  get this fixed.

 

Jackie  advised me she has left a message for Michael that Chubb is making arrangements for repairs to be done today and as of 1 hour ago he hasn’t returned their call. I also left Michael a message inquiring about the makeup air  at 11 am and he hasn’t returned my call either.
