Hello
Ramona.... as per our conversation, you can hold onto my key until the work is
complete in my unit (#106).
Thanks
again,
Marcia

Hello Marcia;
We will have our service man repair the ripped drywall on Mar. 16/12.
He can also check the caulking on the under cabinet light valance. This really
shouldn’t have been caulked at all. The kickplate is not a wood laminate piece
so there will be a colour variance when compared to the drawer & door
fronts. This will not be corrected as it is not a warrantable
issue.
You can pick up your key at the site trailer after 1 pm Wed.Mar.7/12.
I will have Wendy come and pick it up from the head
office.
We have one master key but is for construction use only. We do not
use it for occupied condos.

Hello
Ramona... thanks for the below update. A couple of additional
questions with respect to Cartier;
1.
What
about the floor kick plate on the bottom cupboards, which is the wrong colour
(same as old under counter valence that was just changed). Will this be
corrected or not?
2.
Since
the under counter valence seems to be a slightly smaller, who will be correcting
the caulking, as well as fixing the wall (left of stove) were the drywall was
ripped?
3.
I
understand that the trade are not going to clean up to the degree that we would,
but it would be appreciated if the tradesmen would show some respect with this
being a NEW condo. I’m sure they wouldn’t like to see their ‘new
truck/car’ left messy when they take it in for service!
Moving
forward, I would prefer to have my key returned, since you have a Master for all
units. Let me know if this is feasible.
Thanks,
Marcia

Good Afternoon Marcia;
The gable beside the dishwasher opening is not a wood laminate. It
has a “photo skin” of the laminate that is applied to the gable. Because this is
a smooth surface it does not look the same as the actual laminated door and
drawer fronts which have texture and grain.
There is no repair for the dishwasher gable.
Liana of Cartier Kitchens has spoken with the trade that was in your
condo yesterday and has called him in tomorrow to speak further with him in
regards to leaving a mess behind.
Again, I do apologize for this incident and we are taking active
measures today to ensure it will not happen again.
