Yes we have key access in the
service file so you can use the master key. Zab has not sent me a completed
workorder he was supposed to call h/owner & schedule the date of repair so
she would know someone would be entering her condo.

Hello Ramona.... a few things.
1.
It looks like the
painter was in on Tuesday to paint my bathroom ceiling but once again, I WASN’T
notified. Will they be coming back to do a second coat, since it’s
patchy? I have to say, they were very respectful and cleaned up after
themselves, but the only reason I knew that someone was there was that the
furniture/items was placed differently.
2.
Bathroom ceiling
(shower tiles area) – I spoke to Wendy about this before the drywall was patched
up, but never heard back. There is quite a noticeable sagging to the
ceiling. Can this be looked at since there seems to be more than a ¼”
difference from the sides to the middle of the ceiling.
