Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately we will not be booking any service work after this week until the end of Jan.2013. Would you feel comfortable leaving us a key and our service man can let himself in to do the repairs. We have a sign out key log and the key must be returned to our office before 5 pm the same day. Our service man will be available this Sat. Dec. 1 and he could arrive between 12 noon & before 1pm. Would this fit into your schedule?

 

Item # 4, 5, 10, 11, &12 are all classed as Year End Drywall and as per Tarion not a warrantable issue. The cracks, lines and nail pops are the result of normal shrinkage and drying of construction materials. However as a courtesy to our homeowner’s; Pratt Homes provides one opportunity during the first year of occupancy for homeowners to request repairs to shrinkage cracks and nail pops. We recommend that you wait till year end to make this request so that your home has been through all four seasons and has had a change to settle. If you prefer to have this done now we will make the arrangements for you.

Please be aware that the repairs will not be sanded, primed or painted.
