I have sent a work order to Barrie Carpet & Hardwood to do the repairs at the transitions between carpet & ceramic where it is fraying. I have forwarded your pictures to the trade. They were in the home and fixed an area on Oct.1/12 and the tenant had signed the work order. I will advise you when the repair is completed.

 The laundry room door handles were listed on your 30 day Form on May 28/12. We did have them repaired on July 27th and again on Sept. 14/12 and the work order was signed by the tenant. We will call your tenants in the New Year to schedule another repair. I will check through your deal on the condo to make sure you did not receive a paint credit. If there was no paint credit then I will schedule with your tenants to have our service man come in and paint the laundry room doors.

Hi Ramona

I would like you to know that the issue with the laundry door in the condo 302 of 41 Ferndale whose PDI was done last May, has not been addressed. The door is still unpainted and the adjustment is very poor.

Also, the carpet does not have a finishing when the floor change from carpet to tile, so the borders are now looking very bad. I think that these joints must have some kind of transition to avoid the quick deterioration. This condo is just 6 months old.

The people who are living at the condo are Bonnie John; their telephone number is 705-739-1877 or 705-241-1572. Could you please contact them when your service guys are ready to schedule the service and please let me know what the service Department will do about the carpet.
