Hello Teresa,

We received our 1 year list back from Terrion last week stating that it was not excepted as we filed too soon and that we needed to re-file by June 23, 2010.

Since you received the list that Wiley delivered we have come across some more deficiencies that we will now add to the new list. The first list now becomes null and void.

You should see that new list by next week.
