I have not spoken with this customer about this since making note of it on the PDI list. I spoke with Lynn - she doesn't recall speaking with this customer either. I am not sure if we would be willing to give her any money back as I beleive she was receiving it as an incentive (free). I would have to look much deeper into the file- to find out more- let me know but she has not asked for any money back according to my knowledge.

You must be too busy dealing with dog dung to answer your phone.  HA HA

I need to know if this homeowner contacted you in regards to a refund for a gas line that she paid for but wasn’t installed.  We were going to set up to put it in and she told the service guy not to as she was going to check about refund on it.

Let me know as this is on her list that is filed with Tarion.
