Hi Sue,

I just realized that the door to our unit does not lock from the inside. The
lock lever and the hole in the frame are not aligned. Since this is a safety
issue I'd like it addressed sooner than 30 days warranty paper. Also I'm not
sure if I should be sending this to you at all, if not please forward this
issue to the right person and cc me.
