Good Morning Greg:

I am sorry that your shower is not you expected. A workorder outlining  your
concerns will be sent to North York Tile. However I would like to send our
service man over first to inspect the tiled walls of the shower and take
several pictures for our service manager. This will help us determine the
method of repair. Would this be possible this morning?

Please advise as your earliest convenience.

Thank you,

Ramona Gross

Subject: Tub/Shower - Tile Issues

Good evening Ramona,

I wanted to bring an issue to your attention prior to putting it on the 30
day inspection.

We noticed last night that the tile job on the tub/shower surround is
terrible. There is caulking missing in a few spots that appears could allow
water to get behind the tiles. Then the big issue is the unevenness of the
tiles them self.

On the back wall there is a couple of tiles that protruding from the wall
bad, causing a very uneven surface. Then on the left wall (opposite
plumbing) the tiles or wall bows out bad, causing an arch in the tiles.

The reason for bringing this to your attention now is for two reasons. The
first is the caulking, we don't want to use the shower with the potential of
water getting behind the tile. I have no problem applying silicone over it
for now if advised by you, but will want it fixed properly.

The second is the time involved to repair the problem. Seeing how it is our
only shower if it takes several days it would not be a good situation for my
family. So I was hoping we could have somebody come and look at the issue to
determine the amount of time to it will take to fix. If this is done ASAP
then we will have the options  due to having our condo in Richmond Hill
until the end of February.

If you can get back to me with a reply it would be greatly appreciated.

PS. We will be at the house all day tomorrow and Friday if York Tile or
somebody from service could come and look at the issue.

Thanks,
