Hi Jackie,
 
Your tenant, Herman Ploeg, called our emergency line yesterday afternoon after discovering water coming in through the ceiling in his living room.  Our maintenance personnel went on site and investigated this issue.  He told me, this morning, that water was coming in from the valley on the roof; he cut away at the drywall so as to drain the accumulated water.
 
If you haven’t already, please contact Pratt Customer Service at 705-721-9912 or by email at service@pratthomes.ca (Ramona) explaining this issue.  This should be a repair that they will take care of.
