Just a short note regarding the repair of your patio door. I understand Bennie from TruFix Windows was at your condo earlier today to do a repair to the frame of your patio door. I have spoken with Bennie regarding the procedure on your patio door repair.

 

As I understand it Bennie of TruFix Windows had previously made a service call to your home, took measurements and assessed what repairs would be needed for your patio door. He then  explained to you that he did not need to replace the patio door or screen door, he only needed to replace the  door frame and it will take a couple of hours to do this repair. The door itself is not damaged and functions correctly.

 

I have spoken with him this afternoon and advised him; even though the entire door doesn’t need to be replaced Pratt Hansen is going to have the patio door and frame replaced for the homeowner . Bennie will call me later this afternoon with a date he can return to your home next week to do and entire door replacement. This patio door will be like all others and the screen will be on the exterior not between 2 panes of glass.
