Hi Ramona

Further to my email of Dec 3, can you please let me know when the electrician will be coming to readjust my furnace.  (The electrician was Mike.)

Thanks, and Merry Christmas

Hello Joanne,

Teresa has moved out to Calgary, I am taking over her job. I am sorry that I did not respond to your request regarding daylight being seen beside the furnace. Unfortunately this email mail came in before I started with the Pratt Service Department. I have addressed the problem with the front door lock and set up service for tentatively Jan 11/11. Could you call me @ 721-9912 or send me an email outlining where you see daylight ie: thru wall , window casing , hole in mortar for cement block so I set this concern up with the right trade. You also requested to have the furnace speed turned back to medium,  I was unable to find the original work order for this, was it Gary who adjusted your furnace speed and do you recall when?

Regards,

Hi Teresa,

There are a couple of issues that I would like to bring to your attention.

I wrote November 19th about the opening beside my furnace that enables one to see directly outside; today another opening was noticed.  To date, I have not received a response.  (See email below.)  I see no reason for me to be heating the outside.

Secondly, I have requested service to be done to my front door lock on about 3 occasions (this does not include the 2 previous attempts to repair it).  To date, these requests have also been ignored.

I would like to advise that the adjustment to my furnace has made no difference whatsoever in circulating the air into my unit.  I would like to know what Pratt's next step will be; if no further action is to be taken by you, I would like the furnace turned back to medium speed as having it turned to high simply increased the noise.

Finally, I had a visit from the neighbour beneath me (Karen?) this week telling me that using my dishwasher was vibrating her whole couch.  I advised her to contact you directly.

Your response will be appreciated.

Joanne

Subject: Furnace

Hi Teresa,

It was noticed today that daylight (i.e. outside) can actually be seen from the wall behind the furnace.

Shall I put this on my one-year list or will someone attend to it before that time?

Thank you.

Joanne
