Subject: Door Lock
Just to let you know that my door lock still does not work
properly. Gary has attempted to fix it twice and it seems to work for a
bit but then I have difficulty again. As this is on my 30-day list, I
would appreciate another call with regard to this door lock. I should not
have to use both hands to lock and unlock my door, nor should I have to pull or
push the door to get it locked.
Please call in advance to set up a time.
