Hi Teresa,

Further to our phone conversation this morning - my master bathroom fan is dead. I have checked the circuit breaker and they all appear to be fine. This is the 4th electrical issue I have had in my home so maybe it was faulty like the circuit breaker, the smoke detector, and the water tank. Thank you for agreeing to have it looked after.

With regard to the problems with locking my door - as mentioned, Gary has been called out previously to look at it; unfortunately, that solution did not fix the problem. Gary mentioned on another occasion that he thought it just needed to be filed down a bit to work properly.

Your response is that unless I cannot lock my door, it will have to go on my year-end list. Gary is tied up until the end of September and if he has a minute, he can come and look at my lock. Is my understanding correct?
