Hi Teresa -

I still have heard nothing from Nomac Kitchens - can you please give them a reminder.

Thanks

Hi Teresa -

Further to our phone conversation this morning - could you please arrange for the kitchen people to come back out - I've noticed 2 chips plus the seam in the counter top seems to be coming apart.  There is no need for a special trip - if you can just tie it in with someone else's visit.

Also, the doors in these units need to be fixed properly and stay fixed.  As mentioned this morning - I couldn't get out our front doors without a lot of pushing (and swearing).  When I came back in, the door had not caught and was open for anyone to get it; however when it shut behind me, it was once again 'stuck' and I couldn't open it.  These problems have been ongoing since I moved here, i.e. - either not opening, not closing, buzzing, etc.  This could become a safety hazard if not remedied, i.e. fire, etc.  Perhaps Pratt needs to deal directly with the supplier/installer?

Thanks,
Joanne
