Hello Maria,

I just received this fax from Bob Munroe who resides at 43 Coulter Unit # 10. I am not sure if it was also faxed to you or if Mr. Munro wanted me to fax it to you. I have scanned it and it is an attachment to this email.  

His drywall issues regarding  cracked walls are for year end drywall. The taps have been dealt with by Can-barr and his tap functions correctly. Any tap will drip if not shut off correctly, and to shut it off correctly it does have to be square to front.

All his other issues will not be addressed by Pratt Service and I am not sending him a reply. The other concerns are for property management.
