Regarding the cracked tiles in the
kitchen, just add this to your end list, and once I receive the list I will then
contact North York Tile to do repair work. The trades won’t do any work until a
work order has been sent to them. However all concerns regarding repairs will be
addressed once the 1 Year end Tarion Form has been sent in. This is the time you
also send in your year end Drywall Certificate. Then deficiencies in the
drywall will be addressed before you paint.

Hello
We found yesterday 4 tiles split in out kitchen, where
two tiles were already split n replaced so now we have 4 would you send North
York tile a work order to have these tiles replaced
asap.
Have not checked the rest of the unit for more crackes
etc, as my last e mail asked when will this all be done as we would like to
paint the unit this Sept. But have not heard from
you.
