The following attachments
outline what the builder is responsible for and what is warrantable as per
Tarion. I understand you are the second owner of the home. I did notice that the
documents signed did outline that 6 months of the new home warranty had expired
prior to you owning the home.Check that this moisture is not cased by ice
damming on the roof (icicles) which would be melting due to the extreme mild
weather the area is experiencing.
