Hello,

 

Its Michelle Kvenich, owner of Unit 158...Address 1222 Lowrie St.

 

My tenants (Mr & Mrs Garcia) just told me the dishwasher has had no power since they moved in. My closing was April 22nd, 2010 and my tenants moved in May 1st, 2010. I had no idea this wasn't working. Its a brand new dishwasher. Apparently, there is no power at all. I'm assuming its the electrical?? I did have a Pratt Homes electician come in to hook the dishwasher up. Which I did appreciate. I was wondering if someone could stop by 1222 Lowrie St and analize the situation. I would greatly appreciate this.
