I still haven't seen any movement on my house regarding the remaining items on the 2 year list. 
 
The other thing that needs to be done that still hasn't been done is the step at the rear garage door.  So I was wondering when the step will be done too.  This was partially addressed last year when the grading was done at the rear of the property, and 2 patio stones were placed at the door as a temporary measure until the final grading could be done.  I guess it was forgotten about.  Can you get back to me as soon as you can please?
 
I believe all of the otems that need to be done are on the exterior of the house, therefore I don't need to be home for them to be done.

Scott, regarding the crack on the foundation, as per Tarion’s Construction Performance Guide (article 1.11) the cracks resulting from normal shrinkage are acceptable, if they do not exceed 6mm in with. Below is the link to the Tarion CPG.

All is well thanks.  I've been really busy and haven't had any time to do anything!  I would however like someone to come out and take a look at those cracks in my foundation.  They can't go through another winter.
